How many classes a week should I do?


Starting with doing a class every other day or 3 times a week is best practice for creating a new healthy habit and a fitness regime that will work and give you results. That being said, you could do Yoga or Pilates every day if you wished. With HIIT Cardio and HIIT Strength you might like to alternate with a mind body class like Yoga, Pilates or Barre. Give yourself at least one day of rest each week or do a light Yoga workout on that day as active recovery.
