The amount of calories you burn in each of our FLOE classes, depends on a few factors - your age, height, fitness level, how hard you work in the class, how heavy the weights are you are using (if it is a HIIT Strength class). You can use a personal fitness tracker set with your own details to track your calorie burn. As a general rule the more intense your workout is, the more calories you burn.
