How do I position my device to the mat?

The mat is designed to be worked out on diagonally (along the FLOE logo).  We suggest the stand is placed about 1 meter from the edge of the corner of the mat at about shoulder height for classes that involve more standing positions (HIIT Cardio, HIIT Strength and Barre) and slightly lower, around waist height for classes that involve more low-down positions (Yoga, Stretch, Meditation and Pilates).  In both orientations, the instructor needs to see your entire body position to give you the best guidance.  You can use the camera check, in the device set-up before joining the class to ensure you have the right height and angle.
