The best method is to log in to your account via the FLOE website at www.floefit.com - here you will be able to manage your payment method and subscription preferences by clicking on the "My FLOE Subscription" link . If using the app; go into your profile settings and choose "Manage my Account" - this will push you to the subscription preferences page on the FLOE website.
